Wheels for the pro575

Guys I wanted wheels for the pro 575. I called traeger and explained I wanted wheels and and they sent me the front legs from the pro780 for my pro 575 for free.. what great customer service.

I cam confirm the they fit perfect and unit is level aswell

That’s awesome! I’m a little disappointed the box for the wheels doesn’t make a great playhouse though

I tried this and they hit me with the “they’ll be $54.99- piece” to which I said that’s more than the upgrade to the 780 would’ve cost me initially.

Gonna try again later with someone else. I’d loved our wheels but not at $110

It took me 3 trys I told them honesty I just got this as a gift from my wife and I'd had to return it over the fact it's hard to move

Mine was a gift too. But I’ve had it for 8 months so I doubt they fall for that trick.

LoL it didn't work. I did get them to halfway admit they'd upgrade me if My grill was still in the return period.

I am a disabled firefighter, a contacted Traeger and told them i was having difficulties moving my 575 and in a few days legs with wheels arrived.
Customer service at Traeger is number one ine my book.

We got our Traeger Pro 575 two years ago, and I contacted Traeger shortly thereafter wondering if I could buy wheels for our grill and what they would cost. After all, moving a 100+ lb grill around with only 2 wheels really sucks. The person gave me the part numbers for the 780 legs with wheels. After waiting a few days to decide if I wanted to spend even more money on an $800 grill that should have originally come with 4 wheels, I called them back. I spoke to a very nice woman at the service desk who asked me what the problem was, and I told her that my grill only had 2 wheels and I would like 4 wheels. She informed me that she could send me 2 new legs with wheels. Thinking that she had misunderstood what model I had, and perhaps thought it was originally designed with wheels, I explained that I wanted to buy the new legs. She said to "hold" and that she wanted to check with her supervisor. She came back on the line and said they would send me the 780 wheels at no charge. I thanked her profusely, and within a few days, 2 brand new legs with wheels showed up on my doorstep. Having 4 wheels on that heavy grill when moving it from the backyard to the garage and back, and also back outside to grill this time of year is great!!! GREAT customer service!!! Thanks, Traeger!
