I’m perfectly fine with it. They both make great products. I haven’t had any issues with my Webber Gas grill in the past 5 years I’ve owned it and I’ve owned my old school 10 year old 36 “ Blackstone griddle and it’s still going like it did when new. I’ve turned down really good deals on the Traeger and Webber griddles this year but I have no reason to.

Eh…..we will see. Blackstone is obviously the leader in sales in a crowded field of flat tops and I assume by a wide margin, but I don’t think they do anything at all better than Weber. So I’m hopeful this is more about swallowing up competition and it won’t lead to an overhaul of what Weber already is offering.

The only Q I have is simple: Whose STOCK should we buy? Who owns who?
One of the stocks has to be affected more than the other, correct?

If you can't beat your competitor buy it

According to the press release, each company will continue to operate in its respective home bases of Palatine, Illinois (Weber) and Logan, Utah (Blackstone).
True for about six months to a year. Then they'll say " We need to leverage our synergies to become more profitable" That's code for "We're going to be eliminating duplicate job functions."😲
Been through a few corporate buyouts and was able to survive the bloodbaths. Going through one right now but I'm semi retired now so I just grab my bowl of popcorn and watch from the sidelines.
