Warped door on Pro 575

Hello all,

New owner and new to smoking. I’ve used my grill an number of times to smoke and high temp grill and have enjoyed great success.

Unfortunately, the door to my grill no longer closes tight, it has about a 3/8 - 1/2” gap all around except at hinges.

Just wondering if this is a design feature that I missed on my initial setup and use or is this a normal thing? It’s as if it has warped.

I’ve taken to laying a heavy object on the handle in order to close the door during cooking now.

I would reach out to Traeger support and see if they can replace it. Make sure to take pictures.
