Hi, Iam not able to pair my grill with the app after the input of SN. I tried 20 digit SN with/without dash. SW 02.02.01, config VER 04.016. Do you have any idea how to solve it?

Have you tried contacting Traeger directly? They are pretty helpful and have a text to chat option

Yes, but no reply from their side. I tried also uninstall and install the app, tried two different Android devices, two routers, sign by another account. Still same issue.

That’s pretty shocking. They’ve always replied to me in a few minutes tops

Try resetting the grill and your phone's Bluetooth, then try pairing again

Are you sure that your smoker is getting wifi? I had to buy a repeater to locate in a position the 575 could "see". And while I had a very frustrating two or three issues to work through before getting my 575 to work, Traeger support has always been excellent. Try giving them a call.

A few minutes ago someone called round the house to pay the balance on a Traeger 575 which I sold him a month ago, the only problem he has encountered has been the inability to pair it with the Traeger app and run via WiFi ... something I never had an issue with.

Turns out he has an old Starlink system which only has 5 GHz, he is planning on upgrading in any case and will make sure any new system has 2.4GHz which will solve the problem I feel sure. Point is does the router(s) you have tried definitely encompass 2.4Ghz as well as 5Ghz??
