I'm looking for wisdom for cooking two briskets at a time. I realize this will take more time. For planning purposes how much more time is expected?
When I smoke a single briskets with a trimmed weight of 13-15 lbs. it take about 16 - 20 hours. this is about 1.25 hours per pound at 250 F.
From those that have smoked two or more briskets on a Traeger at a time, how much additional time would you suggest?
Thanks,
Keystone

If your grill has enough room for 2 to sit on top of each other (2nd shelf) then I wouldn't think any longer much at all, maybe an hour.
Maybe also add 5-10° to your normal base temp cook. I just don't see it being a big deal. I just did 2 pork butts at the same time and didn't even notice any extended time.
