I just replaced the firepot and the hot rod on my pro 22 it then started tripping my breaker, so I replaced the auger motor as well, it ran fine while I had the cover/hopper off the end but when I put it back together it is tripping the breaker again. What should I look at now?

Did a wire get pinched or exposed during the reassembly. Sounds like you have a short somewhere.
Try to take it apart, check for any wiring that may look suspect. Test it while it's apart. If it works, carefully reassemble making sure to not catch or crimp any wires

I don't own a Pro 22 but with a load of 250 W at 120 V it won't overload a circuit breaker so, I suspect the tripping is from a ground fault interrupter (GFCI). Since you changed out electrical components, check all the connections again. Especially the ground connections. Everyting should replicate factory installation or the new component instructions. Also, since it started to trip after the hopper was attached that may have messed with a different connection somewhere. I hate electrical gremlins. Big PITA. Good luck.
Per @RustyJake, if there was a short circuit on any of the 120 V stuff you'll see carbon tracks where it occurred. Pretty easy to spot.

Thanks guys, all the wires look fine and nothing was pinched. I’m not sure why but when I took out the new hot rod and put the original one back in it seems to running fine now.
