Tomorrow I'm smoking two 15lb briskets. One on the top rack and one on the bottom. They both fit (barely) in my 22" smoker but the top rack is not wide enough to support the meat. So... I made up a couple of brackets that allow the top rack to slide out enough to support the brisket. The brackets are easily removable and do not alter the cooker at all. Also, the temp probe does not touch the rack so the temp control should remain unaffected.

I had purchased this camping grill grate (not from Amazon, but from an Army/Navy surplus store) for another bbq I had but didn't fit. I found it works great on my Pro 780 as a larger, second grate.
