Has anyone been having issues with their timberlineXL igniting in cold weather?
My Traeger has failed to ignite several times. The hot rod igniter was replaced and motherboard checked and to no avail. Temperatures have only been in the 20 to 35 Fahrenheit range.

I would recommend heading to Traeger's Facebook page and dropping them a direct message about this. They've been pretty responsive to this type of communication in the past, especially with in warranty situations.

You could also go to their website and to the text to chat option. They are very responsive there as well. You can send them pictures via there as well if the situation warrants it. I don’t Facebook so this was good for me the one time I needed them.

Thank you, Traeger did a complete grill replacement. They weren’t able to correct my failure to ignite problem regardless of what parts were replaced.
I just received a new unit and haven’t had the opportunity to test the new grill under conditions with temps ( 5°F – 25°F) which is when most of my issues started.
Thank you for your reply

The issue with the igniter was an ongoing problem. I wasn’t aware of this forum until recently and thought it couldn’t hurt to reach out to the Traeger community.
Traeger did attempt to resolve the problems through several C/S calls and a replacement igniter assembly.
When it was apparent the grill wasn’t going to perform, the decision was made to replace the whole unit.
Every attempt to resolve my igniter problem failed before replacement was suggested.
Approximate 6 1/2 week span of non grilling.

Traeger shipped me a new XL and took the old one away after they could not successfully resolve my issues. The whole problem with mine started on Thanksgiving Day 2022 when I discovered mine was completely DEAD. "The lights were on, but no one was home."-- so to speak. After a quick zoom link to try and figure it out, and their inability to find an authorized repair person to come to my location, they shipped me a brand new one.... just like that! I received it early December.

I've had several of there units over the years and they have always stood behind there product and have bent over backwards to make the problem right.
