I have had the XL for 3 months and have replaced the flame sensor, thermocouple and motherboard. The remaining issue is if you set the grill to a particular temperature, it ends up 30-100 degrees below that temperature inside the grill. Traeger refuses to fix this issue saying they don't believe in 3rd party ambient temperature probes and that their grill is fine. Do not buy this grill until they figure out how to get their firmware right.
