It makes it so you can use the bucket instead of using the bread pans and spilling them trying to get them.out
 
Why would you want this? One of the reasons I bought a Timberline was the concealed grease bucket.
 
Sounds like you wouldn't then. But I had guys asking me to make this because they didn't like trying to get a full grease pan out from under the grill without spilling it all over.
So I made it for them and 60 guys have bought them and loved them.
So to each their own.
