I purchased this grill 2 years ago probably used it and estimate of 25 times it's cleaned when it tells me to clean it. I called today because a couple of weeks prior I had a fire which has never happened. I called Traeger today because I wanted to purchase a new grease shoot which mine is rusted with hole in it hence the fire cause. They do NOT sell this part saying that it is welded to the barrel so I ask for warranty coverage because it is not 3 years old they are telling me my grill is to greasy and was not cleaned often enough. Well then the lady told me that there is not a speck of grease in her traeger grill. I having a very large problem with this because I have been a traeger girl since they started this company and now they don't want to stand behind their product.
