Thermopen ONE Cracked case

I just discovered a crack in the case of my Thermopen, it has not been dropped (I'm the only one who uses it) and there are no signs of damage anywhere on the case. And of course I can not find the purchase receipt. It is still working which is good.

Anyone else have this issue

Did you buy it directly from them? Contact them. They have always been super with customer service I've experienced.

If you reach out to them, they might repair or replace it for you. Their customer service is very good. If you ordered it from them, they'll be able to find your receipt based on your e-mail address or shipping address.

They also sell silicon sleeves that you can put over it to cover up the crack.

If you bought it from them they'll have record of the purchase I'm sure. You would have gotten an email receipt maybe?

As to your original question.....I don't have the One. I have the previous model (MK4 maybe it was called) and have had no issues with it.

Theroworks got back to me and offered a replacement, great service.

Good for you and good for them.

If they had not agreed to replace it, I was going to suggest using silicone sealant to seal the crack to prevent moisture from getting into the circuitry.
