Texas Turkey Breasts-Time

I am doing Texas Turkey Breasts this weekend and I’m doing them based on Malcolm Reed’s method on YouTube. He does them at 275f and it took 3 to 3.5 hours but he had like 5 lb. turkey breasts. The ones I bought are a little under 2 lbs each. I want to try and time this cook so I’m wondering if anyone can tell me based on experience how long they will take. Thanks.

That’s about what I was thinking. If it seems like they are getting done too fast I can crank the temp back a bit. Thanks.
