Sorry to ask a non grill question! I am setting up a screen printing operation for my daughter. She bought equipment from a shop that never really used it. My job is to adapt the equipment she has to meet the needs.
She has a conveyor oven made for a different kind of ink. I need to add a thermostat and a better fan.
I can get a treager controller to use for the thermostat with a relay.
I need to know if either the feed auger or the fan stays on until the temperature is reached. And I need to know if either fan or auger is variable speed. I need a simple on and off.
