Tailgater no longer gets to temp

I have had my tailgater for almost 2 yeara. We love making pizza on it and did so often. Now I can no longer get the temp up to 450 degrees. In another forum I read to clean it, which I have done. I only use Traeger pellets, mesquite is what I am currentlly using. Before I call customer service or start changing parts, have there been any other users with this problem?
