Do you cook the pre-cook bacon that is part of the stuffing? Thanks

you are suppose to add the 'reserved bacon grease', as last ingredient...
that comes from cooking the bacon... IMO I'd pre-cook the bacon crispy. You cannot ruin cooked bacon but you can have ruined under cooked bacon.
