I just received a ranger this weekend & went to carry out the initial burn off. I primed the auger & it initially fired up. It reached around 350 & then the temp dropped off until I got the Ler code. When i removed the grates there were no pellets in the fire pot. Once I pressed prime again the auger started feeding the pellets into the pot, so I am assuming it is not jammed. Does anyone have any ideas what I am doing wrong? Also when initially priming I had to press prime 4 or 5 times, from the instructions I assumed I would just press prime once until the pellets enters the pot. Is this correct?
