Anyone who has owned a Traeger for a while knows how bad it sucks when you're in the middle of cooking and either a) your grill runs out of pellets (SOLVED with the pellet monitor and filling it up every time I cook lol), and b) your grill looses power for one reason or another.
Since the Wifire Technology connects the grill up to the cloud, there is this magical function called ALERTS! And when you have cloud connected devices, when they loose connection, they are able to alert you. Almost every connected device I own alerts me if power is lost. Unfortunately, the Traeger does not.
It seems like a pretty simple enhancement, the cloud would be monitoring your grill for power, and if power loss occurs in the middle of cooking you get an alert "Your Traeger is offline". Same thing with the pellet sensor, the cloud could push an alert to your phone when the pellets are down to a set %, say 15 percent "your grill is running low on pellets!"
Anyway, just my 2 cents, is there any way to get these enhancements in front of the product team that is developing the Wifire platform?
