Got a new pro 575, going to grill some boneless chicken breasts, how long should I leave them on a low setting to get a smoke flavor before I turn up the heat to finish them up, this is my first time using this grill

I like to smoke first at 170 for an hour or so then bump the temp to 350 to crisp up the skin and finish. I also pull chicken at 160, and tent with foil for the rest.I put AP on the chicken breast and set them at a medium temp, around 250 or so and leave them there until the hit 160 then pull them off to rest and raise to 165. Always taste great and really juicy, it's easy to dry out chicken if you don't have a good thermometer.
