Skinless, and bone removed Chicken Thighs which leaves them flat like a fillet
First I let them sit in a marinade for a few hours:
Then I put smooth side down and rub rough side with Kinders Hickory Molasses
Then flip over, add honey Dijon Mustard and Kinders Roast Chicken Rub
Then fold them into each other and skewer
On the smoker at 300ish
