I'd like to try scallopes on the Traeger but I'm a little leary as I've never had them before. I love shrimp, I can do clams if they are fried, lobster is OK I can take it or leave it, I like most fish fresh and salt water varieties. Is bacon wrapped the best way to fix them? My wife loves scallops so it would make her happy if I could get this figured out. Thoughts?
