I ordered some Gold Wagyu rolled Ribeye caps. I've never cooked them before. Should I unroll and season them on both sides and then reroll them so that the seasoning is through them on all sides or just season the outside of it rolled up like a regular ribeye?

The recipe in the Traeger app just shows to season them after they have been rolled..
