Problems after parts replacement

I’m new here. I have a traeger pro 22 the hot rod went bad. Replaced that and fired it off now come the tricky part. It wouldn’t do anything once it was past the warm up in smoke mode. Checked the fuse still good. Replaced the controller and the rtd still having the same issues. Anyone have any ideas
