Help! Pro 780

Hi! I have a Pro 780 and I am confused by the cleaning of the grease trap. Other than cleaning the bucket on the side and the large plate inside is there anything else that needs to be cleaned?

The drain that leads into the bucket can collect some grease too. Other than that, vacuum out any ash and scrape out any other grease you see inside the grill.

Make sure you also clean the channel that your drip tray rests on. the grease will run from the drip tray, into this channel, and then into the bucket. I use an old, metal, putty knife to scrape out some of the hardened grease.
