Every time I cook poorman burnt ends its really tough. I go by temp and follow all the people on videos. Most people are the same on cooking this but mine is super tough. Seems like when my smoker it's 150 to 160 it stays there for a long time. Why? Please I need help I am almost to the point to sell it and give up!
