Please put the Software Reset in the App!

Ironwood 650
Out of the box, my Ironwood 650 connected to my phone and WiFi instantly.

Then it did a software update and I simply cannot get it to find my WiFi, I've tried eveything, even taking the 2.4 radio on the router all the way back to legacy settings.

Absolutely nothing.

How can I roll my software back to what it was?
 
OK, so I read in another post here about the software reset procedure, fixed my issues instantly.

After 2 days of pissing about with router settings, ADD THIS INSTRUCTION TO THE FARKING APP lol...

Nobody wants to call and speak to call center staff.

You seem to have the impression that this forum has some connection with Traeger Inc. That is not the case. Members are simply users of Traeger products. I have never known a representative of Traeger to participate in this forum. They might not even read posts. If you want to convey a message to Traeger, you need to contact them directly. Calling the customer service number is one way to express your sentiments.
