Silverton XL
Hi, I just got a Silverton XL. I am going thru a seasoning process now and I can say this so far. It takes forever to get to Max heat of 500. It took about 1 hours. Also I see that I don't see the pellet level in my app version 3.5.0(689). My wife had an older version of the app and she was seeing it. She updated her app and she no longer sees the pellet level. I called traeger twice. The 1st time the guy tried to tell me that I need to shut down and follow a different season process. He said 20 minutes at 350 and then 500 for 30 minutes. He didn't address the app not seeing the pellet level. I called the second time and I explained the issue to the 2nd guy. He went to read the notes and hung up on me. It is ridiculous to say the least. Very poor customer service so far

Yes, I see the level on the D2 controller.
I talked to support last night again and they escalated the issue. It is a app issue. I have to wait for an upgrade.
