What thickness of gloves work best for working with food? Where to buy?

I can break 5 mil trying to get them on but I bought them this time anyway, 6 mil ones are just a bit too thick for movement.

I switched from Nitrile gloves and went with Mr. Bar-B-Q 40111Y Insulated BBQ Gloves...easy to clean and insulated up to 250 degrees...works for me!!!

Thanks. Any idea how thick they are?
I just checked the box and it doesn't say how thick they are. As Slim mentioned you don't want them to be too thick as they become hard to work with. This one has worked perfectly for me, and they are food grade and they come with a pair of cotton liners.
