Just purchased a Traeger Ranger for our travel trailer adventures. We go back and forth between Texas and Colorado. Thinking the Ranger may be good for home use as well. Cooking chicken tonight Also have a Big Green Egg but near impossible to travel with.

I bought my ranger memorial weekend but just found this forum.
Any know what the largest brisket will fit on the ranger without having to cut an end off to fit? I've smoked 2 briskets so far but have been cutting in half and saving for the next weekend.
I want to smoke a while one for the guys at work.
