First im new to smoking. But love cooking. I have a question for the pros here. My Traegar Pro22 seems like its not wanting to hold temp, And what I mean is after the initial priming and seaoning session I let the grill go through its shut down cycle. Later in the day I wanted to throw some ribs on the smoker but my smoker was acting like it didnt wanna go to the proper temp. I set it for 250 for my ribs but the grill go to 400 and didnt seem like it wanted to drop down. Am I missing something?
