Received my open box Smoke by ThermoWorks last week. Even wanting to try it so tonight doing two spatchcock chickens. Will have to use it a few times and see if variances between Traeger and Smoke stay the same. My traeger has been complaining about defective probe intermittently and today it’s dead.
