I'm hoping someone might post the output of their pellet hopper lid QR code text, anonymized of course.

My grill came without the QR code in the lid. I spoke with support about somewhat related issues, and the tech advised me there was a QR code on the side of the controller. I pulled it out today, found the QR code, but it does not work with that portion of the setup. The app "shakes" when it sees the code, but does not progress, as my guess is this code does not conform to the what the lid QR code is. For those interested, this is what the code on the controller reads:

ELE161,SN:A############,UUID:############,SSID:Traeger-####,Password:wifire####,SW_Ver:02.01.03,Config_Ver:04.016

The SW ver is no longer accurate from the code, the grill has updated. Interesting side note, the tech I spoke with claimed the controllers have cellular connectivity for FW updates, and they would queue my unit for a "refresh". Haven't seen that happen yet.

My desire for the QR code is that the grill will not communicate with my iphone when paired to my IoT network. Yes, I've made a separate 2.4 network with unique SSID. I can ping the unit. I've opened the firewall to pass everything to the grill. Alexa sees it. No iphone connectivity. As I keep forgetting and re-adding the grill to troubleshoot this issue, the QR code would be super handy.

I'm not impressed with the wifi connectivity of this device at all. Mediocre results for a smoker so far too, which I am willing to experiment with, but I want it to work with my IoT network. Traeger has been unwilling to share any information about network requirements for their devices, and while I save the tinfoil for my cooks (and not my head), it's good practice to segregate these devices from my network with trusted devices. On my trusted network, the Traeger works as expected.
