Meat Church Store in Waxahachie, TX

Was up in Dallas this week and on the way home, stopped by the Meat Church store in Waxahachie, TX. Cool little historic town, packed with cars and construction, but out of the blue, I landed parking spot in front of the store across the street. Karma was good today. Lots of BBQ stuff, Traegers, and even rubs from competitors. Picked up some sliced brisket & sausage for the ride home from The Vault Smokehouse next door. Good stuff! Cool small town feel. Too bad Matt Pittman was not around.

Perfect parking. Never touched it.

Fortunately I was in and out and my BBQ was take out.
