Logging Thermometer

Hi, I would find it useful to have a logging Thermocouple -- One I could record a plot of the temperature vs time, preferably for at least 2 thermocouples esp for smoking several different foods
First, it would be great if the Traeger app for Ironwood had this feature built in for the two thermocouples in the app (food and Traeger Temp).
Second, I do see non-Traeger various logging and Wifi ones for use in professional kitchens -- any one have any good experience with using something like those with a smoker?

Amazon has one (https://www.amazon.com/Instruments-...&hvlocphy=&hvtargid=pla-4584070152959865&th=1) $76.00. It is four channel so you could watch more than two locations. I don't have one but it would be interesting to locate the probes at different locations and see the temp differences. Welcome to the forum, good folks with lots of good info about everything that has to do with Traegers and good eats.
