Weather, cold or hot, I still use my Traeger so much it's my 'go to' for almost everything.

I love just simply turning on to 'ignite', I can go in and prep my meat, season chicken strips, burgers, salmon, whatever.
Carry it out most times before I get a 'hard' start going, put the meat on and watch the grill go into a HYPER SMOKE mode while finally igniting the pellets.
Meat gets about a 2 minute SUPER SMOKE and I let it cook from there.

Everything I do now turns out as good as the meat itself allows. My spice/rub cabinet is jamb packed, I love trying new rubs. Our Walmart carries so many brands I don't need to order much on the 'net' anymore. Sam's carries a great Kinder's line.

I guess I'm just posting bcuz I've taking it for granted how damn easy and good tasting our meals are on Traeger.
