Ironwood xl. Need help urgently

Hi guys, need some help. My restaurant has 2 ironwood xl. Been running them a lot for the past few months. One of them was saying ignitor not detected so Traeger sent me a new ignitor and I’ve installed it. Still the same issue. Been told it was a firmware issue and I can’t get it to update. I’ve followed every instruction online several times and had no luck. Please can someone help me

If the new ignitor didn’t fix it and the firmware update won’t work, try doing a hard reset on the grill by unplugging it for a few minutes. Also, double check your Wi-Fi connection since firmware updates depend on it. If that doesn’t help, it might be worth reaching out to Traeger support again for a replacement controller or further guidance.
