Ironwood 650 user here…
Spent two weekends trying to figure it out.
Brand new Ironwood 650. Display was “dead” called customer service, they thought it was the display.
But, in the end it was the master switch. The ironwood 650 plugs into a 120v AC outlet (USA) but, the transformer changes the voltage to 20 volts DC.
Changed master switch and solved the issue.
