I think I bought a lemon Pro Series 22

Six months ago I bought a Pro Series 22 from Ace Hardware, after they discounted it to $389.00. It's had nothing but problems and it's not to due to bad pellets, ash build up (I clean the fire box and vacuum the inside after about every other use). It throws error codes all the time even when I slowly increase the temp dial, heat is wildly inconsistent, and now it won't ignite. I have about had it. I follow all the cleaning and care recommendations to no avail. I feel like I bought a lemon Traeger. Has anyone had success getting the warranty department to replace the entire grill? At this point I'd rather just turn it in and buy a more expensive model.
 
I was in your shoes when I first got my Traeger Timberline, it is an expensive unit and my thoughts were that it should have not problems because it cost so much, but was I wrong. The Timberline made an awful noise when breaking in, also would not hold temp. I got back with my Ace Hardware rep after I contacted tech support and they did replace some parts but I did eventually get a new Timberline grill. You may want to try to get your seller involved. Hope this helps you.
 
go to the website and use the text support feature. they may can help get you going on get you another grill.
I've also heard facebook is helpful, but I don't know as I don't have it.
