Have 575 for over a year. Don’t use often and short cooking only. Last night decided to smoke a brisket. After 4 hours smoker shut off. Opened up and hot rod area full of dumped unused pellets. Also during the four hours temp all over the place. I live I. Houston and wonder if hi humidity sometimes is too much for pellets. I never leave unused pellets in smoker for that reason and yesterday was new unopened bag
