I'm hoping y'all can help a guy out. I'm taking a college course on Business Strategy. This week's module discusses Customer Value Maps. Value maps list a company's or product's "value drivers." Essentially, what are the criteria customer's use when deciding what smoker to buy.
As I love my Traeger Ironwood 885, I thought I could build a value map for Treager grills...with the help of fellow Traeger users. When I bought my Traeger, a few of my reasons for purchase were:
