Help- ironwood 885 won't power on

I have had my Traeger Ironwood 885 for 20 days, I've used it 4 times and it will not power on. I have checked the outlets and it's not the power source, it's something with the grill.
Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated. I'm just beside myself.

Check that the power cable is pushed all the way in under the hopper, sometimes they will dislodge slightly.
