You could try adding a pan with water to give you a little extra moisture:

 
Hi there, I recently acquired a Pro 34. Have done a few cooks on it so far. Ribs came out great. Brisket was a little dry. Did a chuck roast today that came out the way I hoped.

Watch it close on the smokes over 8 hrs. I’ve had issues. Dust buildup and smothered the igniter/flame out in the bowl. Use good quality pellets or sift your pellets for excess dust. It happened to me twice. Good luck.
