Hey guys!
So im brand new to the smoke game. The spring time had me get the idea of getting a smoker. Down the rabbit hole in trying to find what to get. Obviously it came down to traeger, pit boss, and camp chef. Heard good things about all of them and a co worker loves his camp chef. I decided I liked the tech and general build of Traeger and their new motor is apparently awesome.
So online my local Ace Hardware had an Ironwood in stock. So I take a trip to pick it up and whatever else I can find. This ace turns out to be a huge grill center and had like 12 traegers on the floor. The manager LOVED her traeger and told me I wouldnt be disappointed at all. As I turn the corner they have 1 Timberline 850, this thing blew me away and I secretly wanted it and was excited they had it. Ended up leaving with meat church rubs, the Timberline 850 and signature pellets.
Had to run to costco and found a brisket in my travels so wish me luck!
