Hi. I'm new Trager as well new to pellet smoking. I have been grilling for about 60 years over charcoal and propane and have done my share of cooking over a campfire but this way of cooking is new to me. I love a good tri-tip and here's a couple of pics of one I did on my new Pro 575:
