Ironwood 885, Char-Griller Flat Iron Premium griddle, InkBird Sous Vide
The GFCI will trip whenever it sees current leakage. It is extremely sensitive, a design feature that reduces the chances of electrocution; but one that can be extremely frustrating.
Based on your observations, it appears that one of the wires connected to the controller is causing the issue. Loosen the control panel so that you can access the wires. The following video will show you how.
The current leakage could be in any of the wiring; but likely candidates are the hot rod, auger motor, and induction/blower fan.
By disconnecting each wire individually and then testing the grill, you should be able to determine the issue. Fortunately, replacement parts are available at a local ACE Hardware, or online.
