Hi All,

Going to attempt a Cajun turkey breast in a few weeks for the holiday.

For those with the portable ranger grill, were you able to fit a full breast or only a half on the smaller cooking surface?

Thank you in advance!

You can fit a half turkey breast on a portable ranger grill, but a full one might be too large for the smaller cooking surface. You might need to cut it in half or cook it in parts.

I’ve cooked on the Ranger before and while it’s a bit tight, you can usually fit a smaller full turkey breast if you position it carefully. Just make sure to check the weight/size of the breast beforehand. If it’s too large, splitting it into halves might be the way to go for even cooking and better airflow. Also, consider using a drip pan underneath to keep things clean and manage any drippings.
