My first cook on a pellet grill was a rack of baby backs that were in the fridge. Used Bear Mountain cherry pellets an loosely followed the 321 Ribs recipe on the Traeger app. Used Uncle Steve’s Texas Red rub and finished with Blues Hog Champions Blend sauce.
They came out tender, juicy and delicious. Good smoke ring on that end piece.
