Firmware Version 02.02.03

Has anyone else noticed that their grill doesn't hold the temperature or get back up to the set temp as quickly as it used to since Firmware Version 02.02.03 was pushed out? When the inside temp of the grill drops 50° when loading meat or tending to something inside, it takes a long time to get back to the set temp, and most of the time, it never does. Make me wonder what Traeger messed up with this update.

Someone on reddit said the update was for "There were some people that their grill went to sleep mode or just shut off at mid cook, that is the update for", so I'm not sure how/why it would affect my temps so badly.

This is what they said.. also my grill rums perfect after the update... I had big temp swings now its steady

Mine is just the opposite. It used to stay within plus/minus 5-10° of what I had it set for. Now it has trouble getting back up to the set temp after opening the grill lid. It's really sluggish while it tries to get back to temp, and very seldom makes it now.

I just contacted Traeger (on Facebook Messenger) Re my Silverton 620 shutting down mid cook.

Traeger said they were already looking into it but did not yet have a fix.

Seems like a fix for 1 grill would work for all grills ????
