I guess I am not quite sure why a special (expensive) pizza oven is needed for a pellet grill. I place a pizza pan on the top grate of my Ironwood 885, crank the controller to 450F to produce a cook temperature of 400F and cook the pizza until the top and bottom are properly browned. Even pizza restaurants do not cook pizzas in 2-4 minutes as claimed on the Amazon site for this device. If you cook that quickly, you will lose any wood-fired smoke flavor.
