I have marinated chicken legs in “a taste of Montego Bay”. It is a bottled seasoning from NoFrills. $3 and it is a very good replica of the “Jamaican Jerk “ that I fell in love with in Negril in the 80s(man I’m f’n getting old). Has anyone heard of “Joys Jerk Sauce”. She was a lovely Jamaican lady at the farmers market in Calgary for years. That is the real stuff.
